The Bunkhouse; perfect for up to 20 people who wish to party or play there own music or practice singing without disturbing the neighbours or for those just looking to chill with friends and have a BBQ and beers etc
Glassie Byre; this sleeps up to 8 people and even has an air fryer / washing machine / heated drying rail and comes with the sites only super king bed, if requested. Great for a few close friends and smaller groups to catch up and relax after a hard day out doing activities.
We have been trying to absorb the inflated costs of electricity etc. But, now we have also been hit with a massive bill for business rates that we just cant absorb. So, we are having to increase our prices for 2027, if you have been quoted a price already for 2027 the we will honour that price.
Sorry for this, but if we don`t do it we will not survive.

Single person / small group bookings being taken on any day of the week @£31pppn, you get your own private room even as a single person occupancy, even on weekends listed above.
Dogs are charged at £10 per stay.

We’ve have taken this trail back inhouse to ensure that new bikers have a place to develop confidence and can then go on to ride the trails that surround us.
From the Glassie Route (4.5km) to the longer Bunkhouse Route (18km) offering great views of Ben Lawers and Loch Tay.
