We have been running this independent, family-run accommodation on Glassie Farm at Aberfeldy since November 2004.
We have developed the site that now comprises of two well-equipped open plan units. These are perfectly set-up for self-catering or hiring in a caterer of your choice. The perfect location for stag and hen parties / large family gatherings and of course all gravel to road biking / walking or even come and help us with our nature enhancement projects and stay for free.
The Bunkhouse; perfect for those wanting a quiet sensibly priced private spot in the countryside, yet close enough to the town for all your needs, the chippy even delivers. Both of these units take bookings for individuals for Sunday through to Thursday nights.
Glassie Byre; this is more like a holiday cottage that sleeps up to 8 people as it now has an air fryer / washing machine / heated drying rail and comes with towels and also has the sites only super king bedroom, if requested, as its two singles that zip together.
Nature enhancement is a big focus for us on the 100 acres of the farm, so if you want to know what we are doing, see my pages on this site. Come up and have a look around, we know people that can help you if you also have a project but don`t know where to start for; Wetland Creation / Butterfly attracting sites and wildflower meadows creation.

This is situated next to the burn from April though to end of August each year and offers you; Wellness / Stillness and Cold Water Therapy and plenty more with there seasonal add on items such as yoga or woodcraft.

We’ve have taken this trail back inhouse to ensure that new bikers have a place to develop confidence and can then go on to ride the trails that surround us.
From the Glassie Route (4.5km) to the longer Bunkhouse Route (18km) offering great views of Ben Lawers and Loch Tay.
