We have provided two free parking area`s onsite; We have a couple of car parks on our access track that bikers and walkers are fine to use for FREE in the day, the third car park is for The Bunkhouse clients who have booked one of the accommodation units that we have onsite.
Overnight stays in Car Parks; All we ask is that you ask us if you wish to stay on-sight overnight and we will charge you £10 for the night per vehicle, as we do run an accommodation business onsite and if you are a self-contained camper van that`s fine, but no tents erected or fires to be lit. Please come and find us at the white farmhouse onsite.
Proposed name changes and use`s for 2026:
These changes have been decided upon due to the lack of interest from local biking groups wanting trails on the farm area.
Spruce Loop (old Midge); This is a multi-use circular path and track that is suitable for walkers and young bikers to use. It is tucked away in the wooded area behind the main Bunkhouse building, it has car parking at the bottom of the wooded area if you wish to use this natural wild trail.
Aspen Loop (old Purple Haze); As this path is not suitable as a multi-use track at present, we are going to have to re-landscape it to make it suitable for walkers and bikers. We are also looking at having the current push up section improved to make it a more suitable walking and riding surface , therefore creating another small family friendly circular loop. While leaving you the option to carry on onto the Purple Haze wild trail on FLS land.
Rowan (old Dreamline). This will also have to be re-designed to make a multi-use walking and biking path / trail. It is now therefore CLOSED until further notice. This will then incorporate seating and picnic areas with great views over the Tay Valley and Aberfeldy.
Beech (old Shredo). This downhill bike trail can now be joined roughly 200 meters down the track that has been made suitable for our farm vehicles. The wild bike trail now starts just past the large beech tree in the woods and continues as Sherdo did previously, once you go through the wall gap.
Birch (still a Core Path) This multi-use path goes from one side of the farm to another on an East to West basis and is part of the local footpath and biking route network. This enables riders and walkers to park in the car parks provided and head of to the hills, for bikers this helps them have access to the trails of; Sundance / Top-of-the-World / Cam n Em and all the nearer trails that they can loop using the main farm access track.
CLOSED; Blue View top section; still operates from split in wooded area.
This old Glassie Bike Park trail is now being closed totally at the point where our land joins the FLS land at the wall / fence. Due to it not being maintained and has big dangerous holes in it due to water flow issues. This is below where we had changed it into a farm vehicle access track.

£1,820 funds raised for Keirans Legacy by The Bunkhouse in August 2024.
We continue to raise donations with a donations box and leaflet information on how you can help this great cause situated within our accommodation units and at the Glassie Pit Stop.

Please help the great work done by Scottish Charity Air Ambulance and donate to the charity.
This is also a great cause and service that is much needed by people who use the great outdoors, donate today, so that they are there for you tomorrow.
