Facilities onsite; We have a couple of car parks on our access track that bikers and walkers are fine to use for FREE in the day, the third car park is for people who have booked the accommodation that we have onsite.
Overnight stays in Car Parks; All we ask is that you ask us if you wish to stay on-sight overnight and we will charge you £5 for the night per vehicle, as we do run an accommodation business onsite and if you are a self-contained camper van that`s fine, but no tents erected or fires to be lit.
Recent trail changes: We are looking to convert all trails on the farm to BLUES otherwise they will have to be removed as bike trails, due to insurance regulations.
1- The Blue Midge Staying as it is for a while, a good short Blue.
2- Purple Haze. As this trail is not a Blue on our land it will have to be modified or closed as our site finishes at the wall.
3-The Dreamline. This will also have to be modified to a fantastic blue, otherwise this great trail will have to be removed, its now therefore CLOSED until further notice.
4- Shredo / Blue View access There is now a wide farm vehicle access track at the top where these two trails were built. Shredo can be joined 150 meters down it at the large beech tree in the woods and Blue View can be joined 100 meters down as you pass through the wall boundary.
We have just recently spoken to Rik Allsop a professional trail builder about what is the best way forward to keep these fantastic trails alive as BLUES, we will decide there fate in February / March 2026.

£1,820 funds raised for Keirans Legacy by The Bunkhouse in August 2024.
We continue to raise donations with a donations box and leaflet information on how you can help this great cause situated within our accommodation units.

Please help the great work done by Scottish Charity Air Ambulance and donate to the charity.
This is also a great cause and service that is much needed by people who use the great outdoors, donate today, so that they are there for you tomorrow.

The perfect location for stag and hen parties / large family gatherings and of course biking and walking clubs, as we are positioned at 1000ft and south facing.
