Spit-Roasts as an in-house-catering option or optional outside catering hire, booking in advance is essential.

Go out and do your activites for the day and come back to an amazing looking and succulently tasty pig or lamb spit-roast. Lambs feed approx. 20-30 people, while a pig roast feeds between approx. 35-80 people.

Option 1 is £300;

On-site at The Bunkhouse: we will set-up the spit-roaster with a pig or lamb you bought yourself and then show you how to use it, price includes; set-up, gas / electric costs and tidy-up and cleaning.

Option 2 is £500;

On-site at The Bunkhouse: we can source the pig or lamb, cook it for you and supply rolls, apple / mint sauce with you doing the other food items. Price includes; set-up and carving, gas / electric costs and tidy-up and cleaning once finished.

Option 3 is £600 plus:

On-site at The Bunkhouse, our fully catered option includes a locally produced pig / lamb, rolls and sauce, plus a choice of salads and potatoes to suit your requirements.

Costs may vary depending on numbers and special requirements of your party; Organic pigs / lamb also available.

Another fully catered option at The Bunkhouse or at your own site is to hire Simon to do;

PAELLA for £300; Seafood or meat options vary according to additional ingredients. This includes hire of myself to cook in a massive paella pan, with all the vegetables / rice / saffron. I will make the stock, supply the wood and cook it on a big BBQ, then serve it with additional salad. This servers upto 40 people

HOT SMOKER for £200; Racks of Ribs, Chickens etc

B-B-Q`s Pork Ribs, Steaks, Sausages, Venison Burgers, Lamb Chops etc. Priced according to luxury standard.
