Glassie Catering, (formerly Highland Nosh), Spit-Roasts as an in-house-catering option. Go out and do your activities for the day and come back to an amazing looking and succulent tasty pig or lamb spit-roast. Lambs feed approx. 20-30 people, while a pig roast feeds between approx. 35-80 people, we can do a back end of spit-roast pig for smaller numbers to make it more cost effective for you.
The fully catered option includes a locally produced pig / lamb, rolls and sauce, plus a choice of salads and potatoes to suit your requirements.

Glassie Catering can also provide any of the following catering options either at The Bunkhouse or at your own premises:
- Paella. Seafood or meat options prepared according to your particular requirements. This serves up to 40 people.
- Hot Smoker. Racks of Ribs, Chickens etc, you want it, we will try it!
- B-B-Q`s. Pork Ribs, Steaks, Sausages, Venison Burgers, Lamb Chops etc. Priced according to luxury standard and using only high quality local produce where possible.
- Breakfasts / Evening meals / lunches to Seasonal specialities. From your traditional winter warmers of steak and kidney pies through to fantastic venison or game cassaroles with herby dumplings. All served with seasonal local produce where possible.
