This spacious unit sleeps 25 in 4 bedrooms, Room 1 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it sleeps 6 and has an en-suite shower / toilet / basin. The other rooms are on the top floor and can sleep 8, 4 and 7 respectively. All are bunk rooms except Room 4. This sleeps 7 in single beds.  

Shared Bathrooms: There is a disabled access wetroom, then another 2 with showers / toilet and basin facilities. Room 1 has an en-suite facility. All 4 showers are electric, so instant hot water.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dinning area, plus a comfy homely seating area with 32" TV & CD player.

This unit has disabled facilities on ground floor with access to bedroom 1 for 2 wheelchairs with a shower / toilet wetroom and hardstanding parking outside main door.
